    Why is Blue Light damaging our sight?

    Blue light has a shorter wavelength and higher energy compared to other types of visible light. Because of that, it penetrates deep into the eye — all the way to the retina. Over time, too much exposure can cause stress on the eyes, leading to symptoms like dryness, irritation, blurry vision, and headaches.
